2. Reach out to them in a strategic way and bring them into my network.

3. Gradually work them through a messaging process and build an authentic relationship.

4. Once they are receptive to a pitch send them “proven” lead generation messages that gets them on the phone.

5. Get on the phone and close them for monthly retainer.
